Shipping Information
Every bag of Gods Favorite Coffee is roasted fresh to order and shipped directly to your door. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your coffee to you.
Processing Time
Because your coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and roasting before your order ships. This is not a delay — this is the process that guarantees you receive the freshest coffee possible.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50
- Expedited & Overnight: Calculated at checkout
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally but are working on it — stay tuned.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as regular orders. Your coffee will be roasted fresh and shipped on your selected frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information each time your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at hello@godsfavoritecoffee.com and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please reach out to us at hello@godsfavoritecoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right — no questions asked.
Important Note on Freshness
Our coffee is roasted to order which means processing times are slightly longer than standard e-commerce orders. We believe the wait is worth it. You will taste the difference between coffee roasted fresh for you and coffee that has been sitting on a shelf for months.
